OUR MISSION STATEMENT

            In 1972 Custom Cleaning was established with three primary objectives:  (1) To provide the most thorough and comprehensive janitorial service available  (2) To provide genuine job satisfaction (good pay and fair treatment) for its employees  (3) To make a profit which would allow the company to grow and continually improve its methods and procedures.  The proprietors of Custom Cleaning felt that if these objectives were consistently met, success would be inherent.  That was 30 years ago.  Those objectives have been met; Custom Cleaning has been successful.
            What has allowed Custom Cleaning to be successful while most other companies in this industry stagnate?  The answer is simple.  Custom Cleaning instills pride and dedication throughout the organization.  We are a group of people dedicated to the business of keeping businesses clean.  Our organization is structured so that everyone shares in the rewards of a job well done.  With this philosophy and our cleaning program consistently implemented, Custom Cleaning satisfies its customers and employees.  Competent top management allows a profit to be realized as well as continued improvement of our methods and procedures.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

 MANAGEMENT / SUPERVISION

            Custom Cleaning Corporation firmly believes in a strong, well trained, well paid management team.  These are men and women that are as well versed and experienced in motivating, directing, & instilling loyalty as they are in cleaning a toilet, mopping a floor, or stripping & waxing.  At your business, there would be a supervisor of this caliber.
            There would also be a project manager assigned to your business and they would be in contact with the contact person or persons regularly.  The project manager/supervisor will walk through your building every night it is cleaned.  He/She will make sure there are ample supplies, the equipment is in working order, and all cleaning duties are performed as promised.  Even with good cleaners, GOOD SUPERVISION IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST!

COMMUNICATION

            The project manager will be in contact with your business contact person on a regular basis.  Generally, this can be done in person, or by phone, depending on the schedule of your contact person.  Specific complaints will be written down, communicated, addressed, and inspected on the day the complaint was received.  Other scheduling, such as carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, etc., will be discussed on a regular basis.
            We will remain aware and familiar with your special concerns and will keep in 
consistent contact with your representative (cell phones, pagers, and someone always in the Custom Cleaning Corporation office during the day, facilitate good communication greatly).  If you don’t contact us we will definitely be in contact with you (on whatever periodic basis is best for you – usually weekly).

            Custom Cleaning Corporation is family owned and has become the largest locally owned janitor company in Tulsa.  We have been cleaning buildings for 30 years.  Custom Cleaning Corporation takes a practical, responsible approach to cleaning that can be seen in our Philosophy (attached page).  Besides office buildings, Custom Cleaning Corporation also cleans medical facilities, manufacturing plants, government facilities, etc…All of this presents a variety of cleaning needs including a carpet cleaning program, buffing and waxing schedules, as well as regular cleaning – all similar needs and conditions of your business.  Our cleaners have health and safety training to provide the high quality cleaning needed in such locations.

EQUIPMENT AND CLEANING MATERIALS

            If a cleaner doesn’t have the right tools, they cannot do their job correctly!  Every crew has a complete set of cleaning equipment kept in their area – this helps eliminate the excuse “someone else was using my vacuum…or mop…or cleaning supplies”.  Equipment is maintained at all times and ample cleaning supplies are always kept on hand.
